Someone to Love is a light, sexy read that is far more naughty than it ever is nice.
What happens when two people who don’t believe in love, happen to fall madly into the most beautiful relationship they could ever imagine? A train wreck.
When twenty-year-old Kendall Jordan transfers clear across country to Garrison University, the last thing she’s looking for is a one-night stand. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what, gorgeous, Cruise Elton offers.
Kendall has long since come to realize that love is an illusion that never lasts, and Cruise couldn’t agree more—but something deep inside her wants him all for herself. So, Kendall devises a seat of the pants plan to “play the player” and proposes that Cruise tutor her in becoming a female version of himself, Garrison University’s own playboy.
Real feelings begin to emerge, and neither Kendall nor Cruise know how to classify them. Everything they once thought they knew is redefined as they discover, in one another, Someone to Love.

Review:
"Cruise has found a crack in the armor. It's only fair that he stays. I want him to. I want Cruise Elton in my life forever."
Now this story may not be the epitome of literary masterpeices, but it is definitely a fun read. The story is a great mix of humour and cuteness and I ate it up. I'm a total sucker when it comes to any kind of 'bet' or 'arrangement' type romances, so this was right up my alley.
"A Swarm of girls coo as he fast approaches, and an entire demonic chant breaks out offering homage to Professor Elton.
'He's got a rash on his balls the size of Wyonming,' I say, moving swiftly past their circle."
HAH! How great is that? So many romances are so completely full of angst that they miss out the opportunity to show the natural humour that their characters have to offer. Not only was this story entirely cute, but there were so many instances where I couldn't help but smile at a characters crazy antics.
Another great perk of this book is Chase himself. I've read a few reviews where the reader picks apart his character for being "girly," but I found his personality refreshing. There's only so many times where you can read about the angry, angsty man without thinking, "Well, I've read this before!" Cruise is a very sweet and loyal character that isn't afraid of being honest with his feelings.
Why did I not give this book five stars? Although I really loved reading this book, I couldn't help but feel there were some unresolved business at the end. I definitely don't want to give it away, but I'm sure many readers will understand this feeling. The main conflict was resolved, but I was still left with many unanswered questions. Perhaps there will be a sequel?
I would like to leave you all with one of my favourite parts of the book. I couldn't stop laughing at this exchange between Kendall and Cruise's sister. Enjoy!

"What accident?" A rush of heat explodes in my chest at the thought of anything happening to Cruise-past or present.
"He got his balls lopped off after eating it on a motorcycle when he was sixteen. Don't worry, they saved one on ice and reattached it. he can have kids and stuff one day when he's ready to pollute the world with his seed. Too bad it chopped his dick in half, though. Horrible disaster."
