                                                              Synopsis
An orphaned, small-town, southern girl, held hostage by responsibility and self-doubt.

A Hollywood A-list mega-star, on the run from his latest scandal and with everything to lose.

A chance encounter that leads to an unlikely arrangement and epic love affair that will change them both forever.

When his co-star and real-life girlfriend is caught cheating on him with her new director, A-list hottie, Jack Eversea, finds himself in sleepy Butler Cove, South Carolina. Jack hopes the sultry southern heat in this tiny coastal Lowcountry town will hide him not only from the tabloids and his cheating girlfriend, but his increasingly vapid life and the people who run it. He doesn’t count on meeting Keri Ann Butler.

Keri Ann has relied on herself so long, dealing with her family’s death and the responsibilities of keeping up her family's historic mansion, that boys and certainly the meager offering of eligible boys in Butler Cove, have never figured into her equation. But fate has other plans. Suddenly face to face with the man who played the movie role of her favorite fictional character, Jack has Keri Ann yearning for everything she has previously avoided ... and Jack must decide whether this funny, sassy girl is worth changing his life for, before his mistakes catch up to him.

                                                            Review

Eversea is a New Adult contemporary romance. Eversea is a beautifully written story.  When the story opens we meet  Keri Ann Butler. She is just your everyday small town southern girl you can’t help but to relate to her.  Then you meet Jack Eversea! He is your average hollywood movie star. I truly don’t know where to start on this story. I loved everything about it the characters the setting.  Keri Ann is determined not to be another notch in Jacks belt which is one of my favorite things about Eversea. Keri Ann didn’t just go right into Jack’s arms.  When you first met Jack is so self centered and arrogant that  I didn’t like him, but  as the story progressed you get to see the real Jack and you fall in love right along with Keri Ann. There are some twist and turns in Eversea that I didn’t see coming and no I will not tell what they are you must buy it to find out. I would so recommend any contemporary romance  readers to pick it up. Over all I give it 5 cogs!

                                       Review
Forever Jack is the second book in the Eversea books.  This book picks up right where Eversea stops. Normally book two is always lacking that something that I loved in the first book but Forever Jack breaks that rule with me.  In a way I actually enjoyed  Forever Jack a bit more than I did Eversea. Kari Ann has come to find herself and Jack well he learns some things about himself also. They  both learn that things are not always what they seem to be. I actually have to say the only thing I wish was a bit different was that we would get to see a bit more of Joey. I found myself liking him a lot. Over all I would call Forever Jack a win! Over all again I give it 5 cogs!
